Incorrect Items If you receive an incorrect item in your order, we are happy to resolve this promptly. Please contact us with your order number and photos of the item received, and our team will assist you in arranging a swift correction.
A prepaid return label will be provided for the incorrect item, and we will ensure that the correct item is shipped to you as quickly as possible.
Defective or Damaged Items
We kindly ask that all items be inspected upon delivery, as we are only able to accept returns or exchanges for articles in the same condition in which they were received. If you discover a defective or damaged item, please contact our Customer Service team within 7 days of delivery so we may assist you promptly.
Please note that items with damage resulting from any of the following are not eligible for return or exchange:
- Damage caused by improper care, misuse, abuse, or neglect
- Normal wear and tear
- Damage resulting from factors other than defects in material or workmanship
- Damage caused by the use of solvents or the natural breakdown of colors and materials over time
