As your order exceeds $2,500, it is considered high-value and will require an adult signature upon delivery to ensure safe and secure receipt. Once your order has shipped, tracking information will be sent in a separate email, providing an estimated delivery window. Please note that all signature-required orders are shipped via FedEx.
If a signature is required and no one is available at the delivery address, FedEx will typically leave a door tag or notice, make additional delivery attempts (usually 2–3), or hold the package at a local facility (hub or Access Point) for pickup. You may also use the FedEx Delivery Manager app to authorize release or manage delivery preferences.
