Our warehouse team works diligently to prepare and dispatch orders as quickly as possible, ensuring your pieces reach you with care and efficiency. Once your order is placed, we kindly ask that you allow 1–2 business days for the processing and packing of your order. During sitewide promotions and the holiday season, processing times may extend slightly due to increased volume.
If an expedited shipping option is selected at checkout, orders placed before 2:00 PM PST on weekdays will be packed and shipped the same day. Orders placed after the cutoff time, on weekends, or on holidays will ship the following business day.
Once your order has shipped from our warehouse, tracking details will be sent via email to the address provided at checkout.
