All returned merchandise must arrive in pristine, original condition: unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and with all original tags securely attached.
Trying an item on is fine. Wearing it out, washing it, or removing the tags is not.
We are not able to accept items with:
- Tags removed, cut, or detached
- Signs of wear, including makeup or deodorant marks, stretching, pilling, or odor
- Lotion stains, smoke, or fragrance
- Alterations of any kind, including hemming
- Stains or damage not present on arrival
If a return arrives outside this standard: We will email you at the address on your order. You can have the item shipped back at your cost, or we will dispose of it and no refund will be issued.
This does not apply to items that arrived damaged or defective.
