We are pleased to accept returns and exchanges on eligible items within 14 days of the items being delivered.
Items purchased at a net discount of 30%–49% are eligible for exchange or store credit in the form of an electronic gift card. Items purchased at a net discount of 50% or greater, as well as any items clearly marked Final Sale at the time of purchase, are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund. These exclusions will be clearly marked on the product page in the product description below the "Add To Cart" option.
Please note that shipping charges paid on the original order are non-refundable.
To be accepted, all returned merchandise must be in pristine, original condition—unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and with all original tags securely attached.
Pre-Loved: Pre-Loved items are all final sale, and are not eligible for return or exchange. (No exceptions)
For all returns, there will be a $21.95 processing and handling fee that will be deducted from the total refund. International customers must start a return through our return portal, and will need to ship the returned items back to our Returns Warehouse via their preferred shipping method. They will be responsible for all shipping/customs charges associated with the return, and will be required to provide the tracking information to our Customer Support team at customerservice@alpnrock.com.
