Eligibility is based on the discount that was applied to that specific item at the time of purchase, not on what the item costs today.
If you paid full price, or up to 29% off: you can return the item for a refund to your original payment method.
If you paid 30% to 49% off: you can exchange the item or receive store credit. This tier is not eligible for a refund to your original payment method.
If you paid 50% off or more: the item is Final Sale. It cannot be returned or exchanged, and no exceptions are made. These items are labeled Final Sale on the product page and again at checkout before you complete your order.
Pre-Loved items are Final Sale regardless of price, with no exceptions.
How to check what you paid: your order confirmation email lists the price paid for each item. You can also open the returns portal and enter your order number. Items that are not eligible will be shown as unavailable for return.
All returns must also be started within 14 days of delivery and arrive in pristine, original condition.
