To initiate an exchange, please visit our dedicated Returns Portal, accessible here. We kindly ask that you review our Return Policy in full to confirm your item’s eligibility. You will need your order number along with the postal code associated with the original shipping address.
Within the portal, you may choose a Quick Exchange for the same item in a different size, or select the “Shop Now” option to explore an alternative style. The “Shop Now” experience will return you to our website with a credit applied, allowing you to select a new item with ease. Once your exchange selection is finalized, a return shipping label will be provided.
Upon receipt and careful inspection of your returned item, your exchange order will be promptly processed and dispatched.
Please note that international exchanges are not eligible for a prepaid return shipping label and must be returned using a traceable shipping method of your choice. Additionally, if you are returning an item that has already been exchanged, a $21.95 handling fee will apply.
