When is an order considered "lost in transit"?

We ask to please allow 1–2 business days* for order processing, followed by 3–7 business days* for shipping. While we work closely with our shipping partners, occasional carrier delays may occur and can extend delivery beyond the estimated timeframe.

In such cases, we kindly ask that you allow up to *10 business days from the ship date** for delivery. If your order has not arrived within this window, it will be considered lost, and we will promptly assist with expediting a replacement or arranging an alternative resolution.

Please note that active updates within your tracking link typically indicate that your package is delayed but still in transit. If there have been no tracking updates for 4–5 business days*, we encourage you to contact our Support Team so we may investigate further on your behalf.

*A shipping business day is defined as Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., excluding weekends and public holidays.
