How do I redeem my rewards?

To apply your existing store credit, please ensure you have an account registered with the email used for your previous order. If you do not yet have an account, you can create one here.

Once your account is set up, follow these steps to apply your store credit:

1. Log in to your account on AlpNRock.com before shopping or checking out.
2. Add items to your cart and proceed to checkout.
3. On a desktop: Click the black “Apply Store Credit” button during checkout.
4. On a mobile device: Tap “Show Order Summary”, then select “Apply Store Credit."

You also have a special 16-digit credit code that is unique to your rewards account. You can find this credit code when logged in to our site and hitting the "Rewards" section at the footer of our site.

Please note that your credit will be applied toward your order total and will appear as a “Gift Card” payment at checkout and on your statement.
