Please allow up to ten (10) business days for your return or exchange to be processed once it has been dropped off with the carrier using the pre-paid label we provided. Upon receipt and verification at our warehouse, you will receive an email confirmation with either your refund notification or a tracking number for your exchange shipment.
If a refund is issued, please note that additional processing time may be required for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution.
