Yes. Gifts can be returned or exchanged within 14 days of delivery, and the same eligibility rules apply based on the discount the item was purchased at.
How to start a gift return: open the Returns Portal and select the Return a Gift option, then follow the guided steps. You will need the order number and the ZIP code from the original shipping address, both of which appear on the packing slip.
What you receive: Store credit to you, not a refund to the purchaser's card.
Will the person who gave it to me be notified? No, the purchaser is not notified of a gift return.
A $21.95 processing and handling fee is deducted from gift returns. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have all original tags attached.
